I turn unstructured problems into decisions executives can make, requirements teams can build and transitions organisations can confidently deliver.
Executive bio
Manisha Bhisekar is a Senior Business Analyst and Delivery Lead with more than 18 years of experience delivering complex change across government, banking, financial services, media, gaming and regulated environments.
She is known for taking problems that arrive unstructured, contested or only partly understood and turning them into something an executive can decide on and a delivery team can build. Her practice spans requirements, process improvement, platform migration, Salesforce CRM, API integration, digital products, UAT and business readiness.
At The Lottery Corporation, Manisha led business analysis end to end as the sole analyst on a corporate demerger and API migration. She produced the endpoint map, consumer register and transition requirements that gave the program its working baseline, while coordinating delivery across Marketing, Retail, Finance, Franchise and Technology.
Her consulting experience with Revolution IT spans several highly regulated and customer-facing sectors. She supported Qantas Airways aviation platforms and API distribution, HCF insurance, Cochlear medical devices, the Service NSW government digital platform and KFC consumer applications. Across these programs, she led business analysis, UAT, backlog coordination, integration validation, defect triage and release readiness for mobile, web and API solutions.
She combines structured analysis with pragmatic delivery leadership. She uses BPMN 2.0 to expose operational risk and rework, translates policy and compliance obligations into buildable requirements, and creates traceability from business need through design, test and acceptance. She also designed and implemented an AI-enabled BA agent, improving analysis efficiency by 15-30%.

Disagreement is often useful information. It shows that people are protecting different outcomes, working from different assumptions or seeing risks that have not yet been made visible.
Start by separating positions from interests. “We need this feature” is a position; reducing manual errors or meeting a compliance deadline is the underlying interest. Restate the shared outcome and agree on decision criteria such as customer impact, risk, value, effort and time.
The BA’s role is not to make everyone agree. It is to make the decision transparent, informed and connected to the outcome.

Good traceability tells the story of change: why an investment exists, what outcome it supports, how the solution responds and how we will know it works.
Connect objectives and policy obligations to capabilities, processes, requirements, stories, design decisions and test evidence. This makes impact assessment faster when priorities change and prevents attractive features from drifting away from the original problem.
Use stable identifiers, name an owner, define status clearly and review gaps at refinement and test-readiness checkpoints. A good traceability view answers three questions quickly: Are we building the right thing? Have we tested it? Can we explain why the decision was made?
Transformation · 7 min read
A solution can be technically ready while the organisation is not. Business readiness is the evidence that people, process, data, technology and support can operate together from day one.
Assess more than training completion. Confirm procedures reflect the future state, roles are understood, data quality is acceptable, support teams have knowledge and access, communications are timed, reporting works and contingency plans are rehearsed.
Instead of asking “Are we ready?”, ask: What happens when the first customer calls? Who sees a failed integration? How is a high-risk case escalated? What will leaders monitor in the first week? Specific questions produce evidence; broad questions produce optimism.
